During the first trimester, we may perform the treatment in prone (face down) position, with additional bolsters under the shoulders to support any sensitivity or tenderness in the breasts. Treatments may also be performed in the side-lying position and supine (face up) positions.
Your treatment goals may be related to relaxation, relief from nausea or fatigue, or simply a desire to address everyday aches and pains.

Second Trimester Pregnancy Massage
During the second trimester, your hormones have adjusted and morning sickness has decreased.
