Your Massage Membership is a subscription that entitles you to one regular treatment a month, as well as a range of benefits and special privileges. These include lower cost appointments, members-only discounts and the ability to rollover appointments, which are then stored in your ‘treatment bank’. You have the option of sharing appointments in your treatment bank with friends and family, as well as the ability to pause your membership for up to three months.

Memberships are perfect if you are local to Newington Green and plan on coming for regular massage treatments as part of your monthly self care routine. They offer the convenience of rolling appointments at a preferred time slot, and significant savings on additional bookings; as well as even better savings on your regular appointment when prices go up. Memberships are also a great option if you are one half of a couple and you both really enjoy the treatments I offer, but may not live locally. The Friends & Family Sharing option allows you to travel in either every month where you get to enjoy significant discounts on your second appointment, or every other month, where you alternately use your regular slot. Either way, you gain access to the price lock and 10% special discount code, without having to make the travel commitment of coming monthly as you distribute the appointments between the two of you.

Once you have signed up, you will be billed for your first payment and receive your booking code, which you can use to schedule your first appointment. Direct debit payments are then taken on the 1st day of each month by default, or you can arrange for it to occur on a specified date that works better for you simply by emailing me your preferred date.

At the end of every appointment, I will prompt you to book in your next session so we can secure a time slot that works for you. If you have a preferred time and day, we can also schedule your appointments on a rolling basis. This will secure your preferred time slot and prevent anyone booking in and taking it.

If you do need to reschedule your regular slot, you can do so easily via your booking confirmation page, or by contacting me directly via email. Just like any other appointment, my normal cancellation policy still applies - so be sure to let me know 48 hours in advance to avoid incurring any cancellation fee.

If we can’t find a date that suits you at the moment it’s not a problem! That’s where the appointment roll-over feature comes in handy. Either you (via the booking link on your confirmation page) or I can just cancel the booking, and the slot will carry over into your treatment bank to be used on a date of your choice. Again, my usual cancellation policy applies, so be sure to do so in advance.

Whenever you don’t use your membership code to redeem your appointment for that month, your appointments roll over, and accumulate in your ‘treatment bank’. This means you will have accumulated two appointments in your treatment bank for the following month, which you can redeem as and when you please. When is this handy? Say you go on holiday and don’t book in for the month of July, and you spend August catching up on all the work you did and want a longer session at the end of August or just an extra one at the beginning of September - you can redeem codes from your treatment bank as and when you see fit. If you want to use your codes back to back (on say a two hour appointment), simply let me know and I can arrange this for you.

Yes, and no. Memberships cannot be shared in the sense that each membership is registered to you and you alone - all login details and correspondence related to the account are linked to your personal details, and your monthly subscription fee will be debited from your account. Having said that, your membership entitles you to one massage per month - and how you redeem your treatment each month is completely up to you!

That means if you want to pass on appointments in your treatment bank so family members can use them instead of you, all you need to do is get them to book in using your Membership code (not to be confused with your Special Discount code).

Here is an example of a scenario where you may wish to share your monthly appointments with a significant other:

You have a 90 minute membership, but you are busy and have other self care activities you like to spend your money on so you prefer to have a massage once every two months. The same applies to your partner.

In this case, you can book in you and your partner in alternating months using your membership code.

If you like doing things together, you could also just skip a month of treatment, then make back to back bookings for both you and your partner the following month.

Memberships are super flexible in this sense, and work really well if you are a part of a family unit and want to share your monthly appointments with each other.

No, you can’t. It it is against my policy to share your discount code with anyone, and appointments booked by anyone else using your Special Discount code will result in an appointment cancellation and immediate refund. They can however be used to purchase gift vouchers for other people. The main reason for this is to ensure the 10% discount privilege is not used and abused by indiscriminate distribution to non-members. For clarity, your Special Discount Code - which entitles you to 10% off additional purchases, is different from our Membership code. Your Membership Code is the code you use to redeem your monthly subscription-based appointment, and this can be shared with friends and family to redeem appointments that have accumulated in your treatment bank.

If you need to cancel your membership because you need a financial break or you are going abroad for a while, you have the option of pausing for up to three months, so you don’t lose your original price lock. You can do this by informing via email me how long you would like your pause to last, and I will arrange for your membership to resume at a specified date. Should you wish to cancel your membership permanently, you can also do this before the start of your next billing cycle. You can either do this yourself by clicking the link that says ‘change or cancel’ on your order receipt email, or by simply contacting me via email so I can do it for you.

Massages are banked and never expire, However if you cancel, all massages in the treatment bank must be used up within 3 months.

If you wish to add on time to your monthly appointment slot, you may do so by clicking the ‘15 minute add on’ or ‘30 minute add on’ options when booking your appointment.
