Pricing and Session Lengths
All of our treatments - deep tissue massage, sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and pregnancy massage - are priced by session length rather than treatment type.
This is because most sessions draw on a combination of techniques tailored to what your body needs, rather than following a single fixed approach.

Here’s a tip from the clinic owner on session pricing →
‘ Every appointment carries the same baseline costs - laundry, preparation, clinical notes and changeover time between clients - regardless of session length.
This means our shorter sessions offer slightly less value on a per-minute basis.
So from 60 minutes upward, you're getting proportionally more hands-on treatment time for your money. ‘
Natalie Heng, Clinic Owner & Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist l BTEC 6Choosing a Session Length
Our most popular session length and a great place to start.
This gives us time to focus on one main area - say, a stiff neck, shoulders and upper back - while also allowing time to work more broadly across the body.
No muscle operates in isolation, and even when there's a clear problem area, the body responds best when we acknowledge the connected nature of how it's built.
Slow, broad strokes down the lats, along the erector spinae and across the full length of the back complement and support the deeper, more focused work we do in a specific region.
A 30-minute session works well if you'd like to try massage for the first time without committing to a longer treatment, or if you have a specific issue in one area.
It's a practical option if you're short on time but know your body would benefit from treatment, even a brief one.
An example could be working specifically on the forearms and biceps to due to some intense DIY work at the weekend.
The trade-off is that a shorter session doesn't leave much room to work beyond the immediate problem area, so you won't get the broader benefits of a longer appointment.
A 45-minute session gives a bit more breathing room.
It's a good middle ground if you'd like your therapist to address one main area in detail with time to work briefly into the surrounding regions that feed into it.
An example of this could be focusing on the neck and shoulders using myofascial release and trigger point therapy techniques, but also including some broader deep tissue work on the back, with time for a brief relaxing head massage at the end.
It also suits a lighter, more broadly relaxing session where we cover more areas, but the work stays flowing rather than homing in on any one spot.

A good option if 60 minutes feels almost enough but you regularly find yourself wishing for a little more time.
The extra 15 minutes gives your therapist room to be more thorough in the transition between focused and broader work, without the jump to a full 90-minute session.
It's also worth noting that the step up from 60 to 75 minutes is just £8 - the smallest price jump on our menu - making the 75-minute session one of the best value options we offer on a per-minute basis.
Worth considering if you have several areas that need more detailed attention, or if your tension is particularly deep-seated and benefits from a slower, more thorough approach.
An example of this would be that you'd like enough time to address deep tension in both the neck, shoulders and upper back, as well as the lower back and hip region, including the hamstrings and lower legs.
Often the continuous nature of myofascial chains contribute directly to tension and stiffness in a global sense, so working more broadly can make a palpable difference in how you feel overall.
Ninety minutes is also the perfect length to feel like we've truly done justice to multiple areas without rushing, whilst still having space to begin and end the session in a way that supports your nervous system.
We might open with slow myofascial release or deep compression work to settle your body in before moving into more focused, intensive treatment - then round things off with a head and neck massage to recalibrate after the deeper work.
It's a session that addresses real discomfort but leaves you feeling calm and restored rather than worked over.
The most thorough, unhurried treatment we offer, and the best value for money on a per-minute basis - partly because the fixed costs of changeover, preparation and clinical notes are spread across a much longer session, so more of what you're paying for is hands-on treatment time.
Two hours gives your therapist the space to work the full body in a genuinely holistic way - addressing multiple areas of deep tension without having to prioritise one region over another.
There's time for both relaxation-based work and more detailed therapeutic techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release and neuromuscular stretching, all within the same session.
It's especially well suited to clients who are taller or more broadly built, where there's simply more ground to cover and shorter sessions can feel like they run out of time before the work is done
That said, 120 minutes isn't for everyone. If you're quite petite, don't carry a great deal of muscle tension, prefer lighter pressure and are mainly looking for relaxation, you may find a 60 or 90-minute session gives you everything you need without feeling like too much.
The longer session really comes into its own when there's a lot of tension to work through and you want us to be thorough about it.
